RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Our items are checked thoroughly in our factory and again by our professional Installers. We do not generally offer refunds as all of Westral products are made to measure. We will however offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Deposit refunded if production has not commenced
• Product is not fit for purpose and there is no suitable alternative
• Product does not meet industry standard
• Account has been overpaid
